Any update on this issue?
The Royal Mail page you direct us to for more info says the problem was fixed on 1st Feb 17:21 but I am still not seeing any tracking numbers in PP. Do we need to update PP?

They still haven't fixed it, we are still not getting the tracking number but we have created a workaround.
Please install the latest version from here: https://aimcosoftware.co.uk/install
This will work for all new labels, but you will need to copy them manually for existing ones.
