Better Carrier Integration

As competition for carriers is increasing, we have made some changes that make it easier to use different carriers within Packing Partner. click here to download the update. The carrier upload and download support are new features, so may require subscription upgrade. If you are unable to access Carrier Settings, please update again (V2.1.4.0).

Quick Menu for changing Carrier
If you upgrade or change carrier on a regular basis, you can now add the most frequently used as a menu item.
The Amend Carrier dialog now has an added option, to add your choice as a menu item. Once added, just click the menu item to change carrier.

Carrier Support in Browser
In the browser, you can now directly upload shipment data to carriers and directly import PDF labels from carriers. Currently this works for Royal Mail DMO and myHermes. Please Email us if you would like to add other carriers.

Upload shipment data

• In Tools>Features>Carrier Upload, enable Carrier Name Upload

• In Packing Partner browser, navigate to your import shipments or import CSV page

• On the browser toolbar, or right click menu, click Upload Shipments

Import shipment labels

• In Tools Features>Carrier Import, enable Carrier Name PDF

• When you click to print your shipment labels, Packing Partner will prompt you to import them
