Problems with product details on Amazon

Problems with product image or details on Amazon
Amazon product descriptions, variations and images are cached locally. This is so that Packing Partner doesn't have to collect the detail for the same products over and over.
Whilst this saves time, it also means that the local copy may be out of date. If product details change on Amazon, you need to clear the local cache as below.

Products that are out of stock
When a product is out of stock, Amazon shows an alternative product so Packing Partner cannot collect the detail.

Packing Partner will show image offline and !! if the variation cannot be confirmed, with ASIN as the variation.
The product will not be cached until the variation is in stock.

Opting not to cache
If you would rather have your Amazon products always up to date, you can turn off local caching from Tools>Options>Settings>Amazon English Collect.

Clear product cache
If you want to update the local copy of the product details or images, go to Tools>Options>System and click Clear Cache. Next time you collect, new product details and images will be downloaded.

Solution
To be aware that there are issues on Amazon and either not use or clear the product cache if a product's details or image changes.
