Windsor framework data for all orders to NI

Royal Mail are now pestering me to add the Windsor framework data to all orders destined for Northern Ireland.
I am still manually exporting my carrier data from PP by csv file and uploading it to Click and Drop.
Any idea how I can include the relevant data in the csv files?

Which version of PP are you currently running please? (Tools>About)
