Can't collect order on new Woocommerce store?

I have just setup a new store with Woocommerce, but I have just come to collect my first order and get this error:

No sales selected, select all on this page?

The order was selected and if I choose select all on the page, it does not select the order and I cannot collect it.

I have added credentials, so not sure what else to do?

Thanks for the post - can you update Packing Partner please, choose V4 during the process if it's not already ticked. If still not working again that, please can you drop us an email as we'll likely need to have a look at your site. Thanks
