Error connecting to Amazon SPAPI

I have managed collect Amazon orders today - but when I try to mark as shipped I get the error 'Error connecting to Amazon SPAPI'

I have tried several times. Even tried quitting Packing Partner and re-starting and then I tried logging out of the Amazon browser window but I am unable to mark orders as shipped on Amazon as I always get error above. I have checked Amazon credentials and you are authorised until 2025 so it is not that.

I was having the exact same problem this morning. I updated PP to the latest version and everything is now working perfectly. Perhaps you could try the same?

I am on version 3.5.4.342
When I goto the download page it says 3.5.4 is being retired and only has a link for downloading v4 - but with a warning to say do not use v4 until told by Support

So did you upgrade to v4?

Go here and download the setup file and run it: https://aimcosoftware.co.uk/download/ppsetup.exe
When you run it you will get an option to install the latest version of Version 3. 
That will install version 3.5.4.385
That cured the problem for me.

Ahh ok thanks. I was worried the install was going upgrade me to v4.
I did not know it would give the option to upgrade to latest v3 or v4
