Royal Mail have now introduced a combined postal and CN22 label format (so instead of getting 1 postal label followed by the CN22 label, they are both on same label)
However, when this option is selected in Click & Drop Settings, Packing Partner does not print the label correctly - it is all shrunk and half the information is missing.

That has been fixed now, click here to download the update

Thanks. Will test when I next get international order

I still have not had an international order to test this BUT...
A word of warning. The label quality is significantly less on the combined address/CN22 label. So much so the barcode could not be scanned. I have informed Royal Mail of the problem and they are looking into it. Until this is resolved I am continuing doing separate address and CN22 labels.

Thanks for the update. I'm not sure how you're printing, but if on a thermal, you may be able to improve the quality by adjusting the dithering (or graphics) settings on the print properties. Dithering set to None is usually best for printing images on a thermal we find, but you could experiment. Also the drivers from Seagull tend to be a little better than manufacturer drivers.

Yes I am already using the Seagull drivers for the Zebra printer.
I have not printed through Packing Partner but via the C&D website - the label in Packing Partner did not print correctly (why I posted the problem). I did the update to Packing Partner but the exiting label already produced still would not print - I assume it was because I downloaded it before the update.
Anyway - you can regenerate and re-print on the Click & Drop site. Which is what I did. Doing a combined address/CN22, the barcode will not scan on my scanner. Turning the combined option off in settings and then regenerating the label and the labels are fine.

Received a reply back from Royal Mail and they say it is a fault of my printer as they tested it and it works for them. They then went onto recommend 2 different Zebra Thermal Label printer models - the only trouble is I am already using one of the recommended printers!!
I have the GK420D model which is now discontinued but Royal Mail still recommend.
The other recommended model is the ZD421D
I am assuming the newer model is the one they tested with and prints ok.
I'm not going to buy the later model just to get combined address/CN22 labels - so for now I am going back to having these as separate labels.

It's possible that the device's settings aren't actually reflecting what's being used. You could try sending the reset and also the factory reset command to the printer from printer properties/preferences. After that, try setting the dithering to none once again, and see if the print quality has improved?
If no improvement, please drop us an email and we'll test your label print on our printer.

Royal Mail say they have tested with the GK420D model and it is fine for them.
Ive just reset printer settings but the label produced by C&D still prints with an unreadable barcode which cannot be scanned.
I will email you the PDF and see how it works for you.
