Unable to get seller details error

Unable to get seller details error-

This error seems to be occurring a lot more often. It used to happen occasionally but now it seems to be happening all the time.
It happens with both eBay and Amazon.
I can get round the issue by refreshing the order screen but its a but annoying I have to do this.

For example, today I collected my orders from Amazon, created and printed the labels, marked the orders as Shipped, then when I went to the Amazon browser window to 'Mark Sales Dispatched' up pops the error. I have to click 'Manage Orders' on the Amazon screen to refresh the browser page on Amazon then I can 'Mark Sales Dispatched' and it works fine.

Similarly with the ebay window.

It used to happen if I had not accessed the browser window for awhile (like there was a timeout before PP forgot seller details), but the above was literally all done within a few minutes.

Thanks for the report, we'll have a look here first.
If we can't find anything may need to connect and have a look on your PC.
