Uploading to Royalmail click and drop

When I goto the upload file it normally automatically selects the file but this does not happen now and when I try to find the csv file I can only find an old one from the last time I uploaded it on the 11th feb.

Re: Uploading to Royalmail click and drop

The changes on Click & Drop have prevented us from using the browser integration, users will now have to use the Click & Drop API. There is a post here, about the changes.

Re: Uploading to Royalmail click and drop

I have set up the Click & Drop API, using Create Carrier labels it then gives me the option to Import but I can't see how to print the labels. The only way seems to be to go to the Click & Drop website and print the labels individually for each order.

These are the Royal Mail thermal labels I want to print which I used to be able to open before importing.

Thanks

Ask Support to send you the label layout for a 6x4 label printer
Then once you have it on your system you just goto Print - Print Layout and you can print labels in bulk or select and do individually

Hi,

I will have to try again later, I've done everything but the create button is still greyed out.
