Hi Guys,
I have updated PP this morning to the latest version but it is still not uploading the tracking numbers from Click and Drop to eBay and Amazon.
Am I doing anything wrong?

Hi, thanks for the post.
Assuming you can see tracking numbers within Packing Partner, on the records, see below.
If you cannot, then please update Packing Partner which will include a workaround we've developed, to compensate for RM system issues.
There is a tick box which controls whether tracking is uploaded to the channels. How you control that depends on how you process your sales.
1) If using Express and you have "despatch on mark shipped" enabled (which means you don't need to click Action>Upload Despatched, just Mark Shipped in Records, to send despatch information to the channels)
The tick box which controls whether tracking is uploaded is on the Mark Shipped confirmation window, bottom left.
2) If using Express and using Action>Upload Despatched method
The tick box which controls whether tracking is uploaded is on the Upload Despatch confirmation window shown after clicking the above menu, bottom left.
3) If using the Browser to despatch your orders (using Sales>Mark Sales Despatched)
The tick box which controls whether tracking is uploaded is on the confirmation window shown after clicking the above menu, bottom left.

Hi Ben
Still not working for me I'm afraid.
I have already updated PP to the latest version and I can see the tracking numbers getting pulled into PP. However, PP is not sending the tracking numbers to eBay even though it looks as though it's going through the correct process. I don't use Express so I am despatching orders and uploading tracking using the PP browser.
I took screenshots of the process if you want to see them.

I can confirm that this was my own stupid fault.
I didn't have the box ticked for uploading tracking numbers.
