Latest version blocking popups

I installed latest version to get round the 'consequential loss' error - but now this has caused problems with Amazon

On going into Amazon it insisted I was using a different browser or that my cookies had been deleted (I had done neither). So I had to re-sign in and authorise via OTP. Then I collected orders and went to buy my labels (I use Amazon Buy Shipping) but when the labels downloaded I got an error about popups being blocked and I cant get any further.

I have had to open up a different browser window onto Amazon and download each and every label separately and print manually which is quite laborious.

Thanks for the post. The Amazon issue started yesterday and we released another update for that. Please ensure you're on the latest

OK - Ive done todays orders now so will download latest version again and try it tomorrow.

This is still a problem.

I have upgraded to latest version an hour ago.

I have just gone to print my 'End of Day' manifest. 

Within PP, downloading the PFD from Amazon and nothing happens - no error, nothing. In C&D, the manifest downloads OK into Adobe where I can print.

If I open a separate browser window outside of PP and goto Amazon, then I can download the PDF where it opens in Adobe as expected and so I can print it.

So - something has changed in the way PP interacts with Amazon in that it is now blocking PDFs from downloading into Adobe. It cannot be my settings or file associations as it works ok outside of PP.

New version is still blocking window popups so when using Amazon Buy Shipping I am unable to open up the labels produced or to print the End Of Day manifest

I have a screenshot I can send if required.

If I open up Chrome or Edge I can print OK from them outside of PP

I can also print using the PP browser window onto Click & Drop - its just Amazon causing the issue and only since the last update.

I have updated to latest version released today 20th May but it has not cured this problem.

When I have a PP browser window onto Amazon, buying my labels via Buy Shipping or printing End of Day Manifest, the PDF generated does not open in Adobe. Instead PP opens another browser window which is blank and an error pops up saying 'Window popup blocked'

All my windows settings are set to open PDFs in Adobe.

This is confirmed as when I generate labels or print manifest using a PP browser window onto Click & Drop, then the PDF does open correctly in Adobe.
I can also open up Chrome and goto Amazon and if I generate labels using that method then it works.

This has only started to happen after the recent updates to cure the Amazon login. It was working fine before then.
