Cannot get new EBAY API

hi,

We changed our ebay password this morning, and now PP will not connect, I have tried updating / renewing the ebay credentials from within PP, but the system either gives a plain grey box as the pop up, or twice it has managed to let me log in, it has told me it has created the token, but nothing is in the box?

This means I cannot collect any ebay orders, 

What am I doing wrong, or do I need to give a kick to?

Thanks for the post.  It's a bit unusual that it's not storing the token after renewal.Can you go through your credentials and delete all (may only be one) of the entries for that eBay account then press save.Then restart Packing Partner and try creating again (Tools>Credentials then Create>eBay). That should fix it.
