Problem viewing ebay Customisation details

When I try view the customisation details for ebay, I get this error: File not found It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

It works as it should for etsy.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the post Tony.

eBay customisation / personalisation information is given to us in the buyer notes (checkout notes). We've recently taken it out of there, and stored it in our native format, so that it aligns with the other channels that offer personalisation of products. 

To see that information, we normally need to give you a little bit of scripting, because the data can sometimes vary between users.

When you've next got a relevant sale in PP, please follow the steps below, and we'll come back to you via email. Thanks.

Go to Tools>Support>Send Details
Choose Select Files
Within the _data folder, select current.records and then press Open
Then press Send.
