Product titles importing in foreign languages

When I collect eBay and Amazon orders into PP, the product titles of some orders are converting from English to foreign languages on the records page (and therefore my invoices). 
I have tried clearing the cache in PP and nothing has changed. 
I use the Lookup feature in PP and I'm wondering if PP is automatically changing the product titles as they are being imported to match the titles in Lookup based on the SKU. 
I sell on international marketplaces so although each product has the same SKU, it may have a different product title depending on which marketplace it has sold on.
My British customers are getting foreign product titles on their invoices instead of the English product titles they saw when they ordered the product.

Is there any way to get around this?

Thanks for the post.

Yes, the titles are likely being overwritten by those in the Lookup, if the ones in the Lookup were initially populated from non-English listings.

Within the Lookup window, bottom right, there's a checkbox that controls whether the titles from the channel are replaced with those in the Lookup. I would think this is ticked at the moment whereas you'd want it unticked.
