Image Offline and slow collecting sales & creating the printing pages

I am not getting any images showing up in my printed orders and they are also not show up on the Records screen.

I have tried refreshing an image that says "Offline" but it will not show up still.

Also I have just noticed that the whole system is running exceptionally slowly in Colleting records and when switching to the Records screen ready to print - when I select "Quick Print" it is taking a long time to start generating the printout, and after that its taking a long time "Refreshing Record View"

I have just noticed on the bottom left of the Packing Partner screen it does say " Downloading images 223 of 477 and counts up, but pretty slowly.

All of these issues are happening with ETSY and eBay

Thanks for the post. We're not aware of any current issues with eBay or Etsy, but it may be that one of them is serving their images very slowly and that's affecting Packing Partner's performance.

Can you please check that your internet connection is stable and reasonable, as that will also affect performance.

It may also be worth clearing the image cache, which will force missing images to be downloaded again, but that may have the opposite effect if either of the above is true.

If necessary, you can temporarily disable images in Tools>Features (look for Item Images) and if the problem persists, we can arrange to connect to your PC (please email us to arrange if you're not having any joy).
