Cannot get Evri Labels off

Morning, 

I have got my RM labels off fine, but now when going for Evri I keep getting

Label Error: Error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error

if I log into Evri direct the website looks fine?

Do I need to kick something?

Thanks for the post.

Evri appear to be having some technical problems today, which appears to be affecting some accounts. We're looking into this but it doesn't appear to be widespread.

We recommend contacting Evri directly if the problem continues through the day.

I have put them through Royal Mail, given the PC a kick and will try again shortly for the next batch

Evri appears to be working now for other users, hopefully all OK for you too.
