You have -1 API labels not enough to create 1 API labels

Hi, 

We are having problems getting any labels to create this morning we are getting the error message above

I have checked and we have

On Demand Carrier : 822 labels remaining - 319 Top-up remaining
On Deman Royal Mail: 990 labels remaining - 98 Top-up remaining

So that is not the issue, 

I have closed down and updated to the latest version, 

I have tried getting an ebay and amazon separately in case one system updated, but that has not worked, 

Any suggestions pls?

I have just tried again after closing the pc down and recollecting the messages, I also noticed it says at the bottom underneath the -1 error message

There are no active self label accounts

What has fell off in the night?

I have exact same problem
I did not have enough Amazon credit so added another 160 which shows but now I get the error above so cannot produce any labels. Says I have -1 RM ones and that I have no self label accounts.
That message was not there before I added Amazon credits

Please can you ensure you have updated Packing Partner, and then follow the steps below:

1. Go to Tools>Options > System

2. Click Restore Files

3. Change the Day to Friday Filter for Settings.ini

4. Tick settings.ini and click Restore.

5. Restart Packing Partner

You may need to run the PP installer again. If this doesn't resolve the issue please can you send an email to support and we'll arrange to connect. Thank you.

OK - restoring Fridays setting.ini seems to have worked for me
