Sorry you didn't receive our reply but we did respond on the same day (within 10 minutes in this case) - please can you send us one of your recent files (via email) so we can check it again for you? Please can you ensure you whitelist our email address / check your spam just in case.

Thank you for your email. It looks like a line feed / carriage return is coming in with your data, and that's causing the extra lines.
We've raised an issue here as we can probably fix that, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
