I've hooked-up a new Thermal printer to replace our old inkjet. I've set up the new 4x6 layout but when I try to print it's giving the following - 'Printing error: There is no connection for this connection ID'. It's connected by USB and it will print a test page from the Printer Properties under 'Devices and Printers', I have also printed to it from Adobe Illustrator so I'm pretty sure it's connected just fine. I did try searching here for the issue but nothing, any ideas?

Thanks for the post.
You may have a duplicate entity in your Printers list (in Windows). Sometimes you can see this in settings, and also in Packing Partner's list of available printers. Other times you can't see it in Windows settings, but can see it in Packing Partner.
If you do have a duplicate you should remove the one that isn't working, and ensure you're selecting the working one in PP.
Things to check:
Ensure you have at least 1mm margin set in your layout in PP
Remove duplicate from system, and potentially update driver (Seagull offer good Zebra drivers)
Check the paper size properties of the printer (Properties button when you print in PP)
Reload the printer properties in PP by following these steps:
Click Print>Print Layout to open the print dialog.
Change to any other printer and click properties
Click OK in the new printer properties, then Cancel in the print dialog.
You should be asked to save the new printer settings, click Yes.
Open the Print dialog again, select your printer and click Properties.
Click OK, and then Packing Partner should print properly.

I can't find a duplicate and tried the reload properties thing but it still throws up the same error.
