CLICK AND DROP ISSUES

Ive encountered issues when trying to Download carrier labels into PP from CD 30 Januray at 4.00pm ish.

Keep getting the PP error message 'Document failed to download ,please try again'

Any similar issues out there.?

Problem seemed to be a corrupt order..... now solved.

NOW HAVING ISSUES WITH EBAY REFUSING TO MARK AS DISPATCHED?
