Is it possible to alter the vat rate after collection?

I wondered if it would be possible to alter the vat rate of ebay or Amazon orders after collection as all ebay GSP orders are collected as 0% vat, the problem is with ebay as for some reason it shows as 0% only on GSP and cannot be changed, so is collected as 0%.

Is there a way to edit it in PP?

We have just fixed an issue where VAT was not added to orders on the new eBay interface.
